Refunds

A full cash or credit refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

The goods are clearly faulty as a result of manufacture, rather than misuse;
The goods were purchased within the last 28 days and are still in original packaging.

Reciprocal members

If you are a reciprocal member of an affiliate interstate automobile association, you are still eligible for discounts in the sections below, however you will need to call 13 17 03 (option 4) and speak to one of our Touring Consultants.
